This warranty covers defects in workmanship and installation, including:

Loose or improperly fastened boards, posts, rails, or pickets

Warping or misalignment caused by poor structural support

Normal wear and tear (fading, weathering, or natural aging of wood or materials)

Damage caused by storms, high winds, flooding, or other natural disasters

Impact or misuse (e.g., vehicle damage, climbing, hanging heavy items)

Shifting or sinking due to soil movement or erosion beyond our control

Materials not supplied by Dempsey Fencing, LLC

Any alterations or repairs made by a third party
